It increases the performance on almost every game and you can use anti-aliasing and anisotropic filter. To all NVIDIA users use OpenGL if your GPU supports it. Dolphin crash almost everytime with alerts of Backpatch EAX errors, so it's unplayable. Game is playable at 20-30FPS, but no 100% speed. Game freeze everytime you complete a level if you use savestates, so don't use them. Sometimes music got some strange loops, but if you press home button and then return to game, music go back to ok.
